Whatever you celebrate, do so. Part of resiliency is finding the good stuff in the middle of the bad stuff. You don’t have to drink the koolaid® and ignore reality to find good stuff that will help you get through your challenges. In other words, learn to celebrate anyway. Even if you are in the middle of grief, anger, sadness or pain, you can celebrate your next breath. Even if you don’t celebrate holidays, you can celebrate that you are not a celebrator. Celebrate anyway.
